Building CD-13 Food Court Renovation/Expansion

This project includes the removal of all walls and finishes within the boundaries of the existing Food Court and kitchen (except the existing KFC/Taco Bell operation), and a new toilet group in the southeast corner. Demolition includes removal of the lighting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems and natural gas piping to the extents indicated.  New work includes new walls, finishes throughout, lighting, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems and associated work. The four new vendor kitchen and server counters are to be shelled with generic utility service in preparation for the vendor’s build-out construction. This work will be constructed in three phases. The existing KFC/Taco Bell food service counter and kitchen shall remain operational at all times during their normal business hours and shall not be interrupted, except as required for utility change-overs. Construction and demolition of temporary dust and noise partitions are a part of this contract.
