Key Personnel

When the CDSI Team is awarded a contract, we do not simply send a team to the site and forget about them.  Our key management staff remains in constant touch with the on-site project team, monitoring progress through our project reporting systems, providing any required corporate resources and/or support, and also making periodic scheduled site visits to ensure that the project is progressing to our client’s satisfaction.

Chris Suber

President

Mr. Suber has more than a decade of experience in Program Management, Design-Build, Estimating,  Submittals,  Procurement,  Value  Engineering,  Scheduling,  and  is  a  US  Green Council Member.

He has successfully Program Managed over $30M of executed Design-Build fast-track projects on a $200M Design-Build Hurricane Recovery Contract. The tasks orders required extensive oversight of design quality control, project quality control and execution.  Mr. Suber has estimated projects of various complexities ranging from $200 to $30M, reviewed and processed submittals, procured materials, schedule, and coordinated subcontractors, perform project investigations for emergency scoping, managed and coordinated in-house labor teams.

Mr. Suber continues to maintain professional client relationships and has direct oversight of project performance from conception to completion.

Joe Slovensky

Vice President

Mr. Slovensky is a retired U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps Chief Warrant Officer with over 35 years of experience in the military/residential/commercial construction industries. His previous experience  was  as  a  senior  project  manager  and  program  manager,  managing  single construction projects valued at $18 Million and a construction program valued at $30 Million.
